By Sandy Smith 16 oz. coconut cream concentrate, softened 1 c. coconut flakes 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. celtic salt 1/2 c. carob powder 3/4 tsp. green stevia powder or to taste chopped nuts and/or seeds (optional) 1 Tblsp. honey (optional) Mix all ingredients together. Drop on plate or parchment paper and chill. Store in jar in refrigerator.
